The phone rings for the 25th time this morning "Yes, I was looking at your bridal shower games, and I was wondering if you could tell me more about them." With another call right after, answered by a second line customer support agent, and a third line agent waiting to see if she would get a chance to take yet another call at the same time.
Meanwhile, a web-developer is saying "Hey Shawn, I've got a question for you" as he's walking through our conference room lined with plush living-room chairs, coffee table, big screen TV and a signature 16 ft whiteboard painted on the wall, covered inch-to-inch with project notes and brainstorming sessions - on his way to talk in some techno-engineering language about the latest and greatest web-based game or tool his team has been tasked with implementing.
Not to mention, the wireless collaborative area was taken over just last week by a growing company and two very talented illustrators who are bouncing ideas around (literally, bouncing blow-up beach balls around) while working through new illustrations on day-by-day deadlines. (This room holds yet another 16ft painted-on-the-wall whiteboard.)
